What it is
This build makes lead intake tangible. Instead of describing routing logic in the abstract, it lets someone walk through the borrower experience and see how the system adapts to what is known.
What’s in the demo
- A guided borrower intake shaped around one dominant question at a time
- Support for four lead knowledge states:
- cold start
- known borrower
- known intent
- high-context partner or prefill entry
- A separate team workspace for reviewing leads, statuses, and follow-up context
- A live deployment path so the experience can be opened directly from the portfolio
Why it matters
This project is more than a UI sample. It shows how I think about lead quality, context capture, and handoff logic.
It also reflects real CRM, lifecycle, and lead-generation context without pretending to be a production mortgage origination system.
